Robert J. Hill, 92, of New Lexington, Ohio died at 6:42AM on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at his home.

Born July 13, 1929 to the late John and Hazel Abram Hill.

He was a very well-known shuffleboard player, played softball until he was 80, lifetime member of B.P.O.E #509 of New Lexington and New Lexington Eagles #2070, he also loved hunting and fishing, loved spending time with his kids and grandchildren and he was a big fan of the Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes.

Survived by his significant other, Pat Wolfe, children, Steven (Jenny) Hill, Cheryl (Ernie) Talbot, Rick (Amy Amato) Hill, Randall (Johnna) Hill and Barbie (Jerry) Kunkler, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild, step children, Debbie (Bruce) Syphers, Miriam Wolfe, Jeff Wolfe and Bobby Wolfe, special friend, Jimmy Epifano.

In addition to his parents, preceded in death by his brothers, Gene, George and David Hill, sisters, Maryann Novick, Kathryn Seals, 2 granddaughters, Angie Wolfe and Stephanie Gaddis, 2 grandsons, Christopher Hill and Tanner Hill.

Calling hours will be held at 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm on Monday, February 21, 2022 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Funeral service will be held at 11am on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at the funeral home with Pastor Jeff Gilkerson officiating.

Burial will follow in Community Gardens, New Lexington, Ohio.
