Ruth Dodson Obituary

Ruth A. Dodson, 84 of Newark, Ohio died at 1:15 am on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at Licking Memorial Hospital under the care of Hospice of Central Ohio.

Born January 16, 1936 in Moxahala, Ohio to the late Luke and Flossie Vincent Beatrice.

She loved her kids and grandkids, her garden and loved to sing.

Survived by her children, Debra (Mike) Carson, John, Jr. (Christine) Dodson, Mary (Brian) Dodson-Martin and Dennis (Bonnie) Dodson; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and a sister, Naomi Seals.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Dodson.

No calling hours or services will be held.

Burial will be in Millertown-Oakwood Cemetery.
