Samuel F. Stickdorn, Jr. 76 of New Lexington, Ohio died at 9:12 pm on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at the FairHoPe Hospice, Pickering House in Lancaster, Ohio.

Born November 22, 1946 in New Straitsville, Ohio to the late Samuel F. Sr. and Mary Margaret Breeze Stickdorn.

Sam was a retired crew leader for Rockwell International; he loved cars & motorcycles; loved his grandkids; he gave everybody a nickname; loved his dog, “Angus Laroy”, Sam’s Little Fat Boy.

Survived by his wife of 57 years, Kathy Collins Stickdorn; children, LeighAnn (John) Horn, Samantha (Rob) Schultz and Matthew Stickdorn; grandchildren, Clarissa and  Maegen Horn, Tyler and Autumn Schultz, Alex Stickdorn, Becca Jordan, Emma Jo Stickdorn and Vivyan (Zack) Storts; great-grandchildren, Trent Holsinger, Brentley “Oscar” Horn, Ryder Horn and Brandon Patterson; usister, Peggy Ann Hamilton; brother, Terry Stickdorn.

In addition to his parents, preceded in death by son, Eric Stickdorn.

Calling hours will held from 11 am to 1 pm with funeral service at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, December 21. 2022  at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio with Pastor Tony Richard officiating.
