Tanner K. Spears-Hill, 23, of Junction City, Ohio died Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at the University of Toledo Medical Center. Tanner suffered from drug addiction for years. We feared his addiction would claim his life. We are grateful he died with his family by his side. While we couldn’t save Tanner’s life, he was able to save four lives thru organ donation.
Born August 14, 1997 in Zanesville, Ohio to Rick Hill and Shiela Spears.
Tanner loved fishing, hunting, shooting guns, and sports; everyone loved his smile and contagious laugh. He had a heart of gold.
