William E. Cochran, 62, of Vinton, Ohio passed away at Majestic Care of New Lexington, Ohio on Saturday, July 4, 2026.
Born September 3, 1963 in Vinton, Ohio to the late Robert Cochran and Bea Grider Cochran.
William worked in construction as a laborer. He was an extremely kind person and very caregiving. He would give you the shirt off of his back. He loved his sister Mildred dearly and he called her his Mommy.
William is survived by his three sisters, Mildred Russell, Darlene Radcliff, and Thelma Harris; special cousin, Wade Cochran; and several other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his one brother, Butch Cochran; and his two sisters, Tammy Russell and Phyllis Radcliff.
No calling hours or services will be held and a Memorial service will be held at a later date for family and friends.
Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio is in charge of arrangements.
