Richard William “Rick” Abram went to be with Jesus, June 17. 2016 at the Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, Ohio.
Born November 15, 1952 in New Lexington, Ohio to Florabelle Hiles Abram and the late Richard Abram.
Rick lost his long battle with cancer but won a place of rest in Jesus’s arms. He was manager of the New Lexington Certified Station for 16 years. He retired from Logan Walmart after 16 years of service.
Rick is survived by his mother, Florabelle Abram, his wife, Tonya Weaver Abram; sons, Jason Abram of Hemlock, Travis (Savanna) Abram of New Lexington and Trent (Courtney) Abram of Shawnee; daughters, Tiffanee (Shawn) Hahn and Ashley Hannan all of New Lexington; brothers, Chuck (Tracy) Abram of Junction City, Bob (Jenny) Abram of New Lexington, Ron Abram of Zanesville and Scott (Peter) Abram of Westerville; 13 grandchildren, Jason Jr., Leahanna, Austin, Alyssa, Brayden, Jayden, and Aiden Abram, Dominic Abram, Chloe Hobbs, Journey McCord, Stevie McCord, Trevor McCord and Carter Hahn; one great grandson, Dominic Abram.
Friends may call from 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM on Sunday, June 19, 2016 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home 304 Mill St., New Lexington, OH. A funeral service will be held at 11AM on Monday at the funeral home with Rev. Ernie Eing officiating. Burial will conclude in the Community Gardens Cemetery in New Lexington, OH.
