Robert F. Miller

Robert F. Miller, 79, of New Lexington, Ohio died at 11:33am on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster, Ohio.

Born August 14, 1936 in Somerset, Ohio to the late Charles Edward and Florence A. Decot Miller.

Mr. Miller was a farmer, an avid gardener, employed at Saint Joseph Church and Farm for many years, he loved square dancing and participated in the farmers markets in Somerset and New Lexington, he was a member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church of Somerset and Saint Rose Catholic Church of New Lexington, Perry County Historical Society and the Perry County Senior Citizens.

Survived by a brother and sisters, Joseph C. (Josephine) Miller of Somerset, Rita (Russell) Starner of New Lexington and Wanda Miller of Somerset, special friend, Dee Vanwinkle of New Lexington and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, preceded in death by his wife, Frances Miller on December 5, 1998 and a niece, Christine Wilson.

Calling hours will be held from 5pm-7pm with Wake Service at 6:45 pm on Friday, July 15, 2016 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Saint Joseph Catholic Church, Old Somerset Road, Somerset, Ohio with Father Paul Noble as Celebrant assisted by Deacon Gene Dawson.

Burial will be in New Lexington Cemetery.
