Virgie Mae Entwistle, 85, of Zanesville, Ohio formerly of Hemlock, Ohio died at 9:30pm on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Brookdale of Zanesville, Ohio.
Born August 13, 1930 in Hemlock, Ohio to the late Benjamin and Florence Shilling Stickdorn.
Virgie was a retired telephone operator for Ma Bell; she loved to travel and she was very involved in the Baptist Church of Venice, Florida.
Survived by 3 brothers, Jack (Nancy) Stickdorn of Somerset, Richard Stickdorn of Logan and Bernard (Sharon) Stickdorn of Shawnee; 1 sister, Juanita Johnson of Columbus; beloved nephew, Paul (Trina) of Marenjo and beloved niece, Jackie Ludman of Somerset; several other nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, preceded in death by her husband, Dale Entwistle, who was the love of her life; brothers and sisters, Benny (Faye) Stickdorn, Chris (Mary) Stickdorn, Pauline (Shirl) Johnson, Dorothy (Harold) Rose and Slyvia (Walter) Woods.
Calling hours will be held from 4pm-7pm on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at the funeral home with Pastor Karen Walters officiating.
Burial will follow in New Lexington Cemetery.
