John B. Wetzel

John B. Wetzel, 72 of Saltillo, Ohio died at 9:39pm on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at the Wexner Medical Center at the Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.

Born November 26, 1943 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Edward J., Sr. and Gracie Withem Wetzel.

John was a United States Marine Corps Veteran during Vietnam and also served in the Ohio National Guard.

Survived by two sons, Sean (Katherine) Wetzel, Sr. of Roseville and Mark (Denise) Wetzel of New Lexington; daughter, Donna (Anthony) Boring of Lancaster; step-son, Chuck Foreman of New Lexington; grandchildren, Iesha Andrews, Jamie Randle, Sean Wetzel, Jr., Christine Wetzel, Tiffany Wetzel, Christina Foreman and Christopher Foreman; one great-grandson, Aaron Foreman.

In addition to his parents, preceded in death by first wife, Linda Wetzel; second wife, Betty Wetzel; brothers and sisters, Edward J. Wetzel, Jr., Violet Ruth Wetzel and Robert L. Wetzel.

Calling hours will be held from 4pm-7pm on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Monday at the funeral home with Reverend Richard Newlon officiating.

Burial will be in Community Gardens Cemetery, New Lexington, Ohio with graveside military services by John Tague Post #188, American Legion, New Lexington, Ohio.
