Kendall Ray Samson, 30 of Roseville, died June 23, 2017, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born, October 11, 1986, in Gainesville, Florida, the son of Karl “Buddy” Samson and the late Debbie Rutter. He married Charity Samson on October 6, 2012.
Kendall was employed with Asplundh Tree Company. He was an amazing husband and a wonderful father to his daughters. Kendall enjoyed anything outdoors including fishing, mudding, mushroom hunting, working with cars and working around trees.
Kendall is survived by his wife of the home; two daughters: Chloe & Emma Samson; one son, on the way: Kendall, Jr.; his father: Buddy Samson; step-fathers: Larry Rutter & Marvin Miller; one sister: Santanna (BJ) Blankenship; three brothers: Scottie (Ashley) Samson, Kasey (Paige) Miller & Kenny Miller; grandmothers: Phyllis Samson and Rita Smith; many extended family members including nieces, nephews and cousins and a host of friends.
Kendall was preceded in death by his mother: Debbie Rutter and two grandfathers: Karl Samson & James Smith.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 27, 2017, from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 PM, at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at the funeral home with Pastor Jody Holland officiating. Burial will follow in Iliff Cemetery, McLuney, Ohio
