Born March 10, 1997 in Columbus, Ohio to Brian Lee Francis and Julie Eileen Gease.
Anyone that seen past Faith’s disability and saw her Spirit, seen that see Loved to Laugh and had a sense of Humor.
Loved by her foster parents, Julie and Mike Clarke; foster siblings, Emily, Nikki and Nate, all of Zanesville, Ohio. She was especially cared for by her nurse, Vickie Morris.
Memorial Service will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio with Reverend Richard Newlon officiating.
